Built for teams that ship physical work

Production shops and service operations face the same pressure: deliver on time, protect margin, and keep customers informed. BIEMSI connects the front office to the floor without forcing a one-size-fits-all process.

One system for the whole job

Replace job cards in WhatsApp, siloed spreadsheets, and ad-hoc status calls with a single pipeline from intake through dispatch—owned by role, visible to management.

Workflows that match how you work

Define stages and handoffs for printing, embroidery, catering, or custom manufacturing. Templates seed per industry; you tune—not rewrite—when processes change.

Built for operational trust

Tenant boundaries are enforced at the data layer. Stateless API access, audit-friendly activity streams, and a path to backups and compliance reviews per customer.

Capabilities that compound

Strategy, analytics, and governance are not bolt-on modules—they are how serious operators run the business, not only the machines. These pillars mirror how leadership and floor teams collaborate in high-performing shops.

Operations consulting

Model your shop: departments, SLAs, and handoffs. Onboard teams onto shared definitions of “in progress,” “blocked,” and “ready for customer”—so everyone pulls the same levers.

Throughput & pipeline analysis

See where work piles up, which product types slip deadlines, and how capacity trends over time. Feed better quoting and staffing decisions from real job data—not guesses.

Get started

Accountability & monitoring

Know who touched a job, when stages advanced, and what changed. Tie optional machine or workstation signals into the same timeline for dispute resolution and continuous improvement.

Estimate future projects with confidence

Tie pipeline and capacity planning to the same stages your team executes daily. When historical job data lives in one system, forecasts reflect reality—not optimistic spreadsheets. Figures below are illustrative.

Sales & pipeline

Weekly funnel vs. production load

Segment projected revenue by product line and stage mix. Compare quoted turnaround to actual cycle times so estimates tighten over time—especially when seasonality or large contracts move the needle.

Implementation

How it works

From first tenant to steady-state operations—predictable steps your IT and operations leads can plan around.

  1. 01

    Register your tenant

Create an organization workspace with admin access. We provision an isolated schema, baseline roles, and starter workflow templates.

  2. 02

    Configure products & stages

Align product types with templates, payment rules, and departments. No code deployment—adjust as you add services or open new lines.

  3. 03

    Run production daily

Teams work queues by role; customers and finance see consistent job state. Notifications and APIs integrate when you are ready.

  4. 04

    Measure & iterate

Dashboards and exports support pricing, hiring, and capital decisions—grounded in throughput, rework, and delivery performance.

Where teams use BIEMSI

The same core engine adapts to different cycle times, compliance needs, and customer touchpoints—without bespoke software for every vertical.

  • Printing & branding

Signage, promo products, embroidery, and corporate identity workflows.

  • Custom manufacturing

Job shops with configurable BOM-adjacent stages and QC gates.

  • Food & catering

Prep, packaging, and delivery sequences with time-sensitive handoffs.

  • Professional services

Milestones, client approvals, and delivery for project-based teams.

Workflow

From commitment to dispatch

Stages are configurable per tenant—ideal for branding, print, packaging, and field services. Rename, reorder, or add quality gates without redeploying application code.

Security & reliability

Enterprise buyers expect clarity on isolation, access, and change management. The following reflects how the platform is engineered today; your security review may add network controls, SSO, and regional hosting.

  • Isolation by design

Tenant data lives in separate database schemas—reducing cross-customer risk versus shared-table approaches.

  • Secure access

Bearer-token sessions for the app API; rotate secrets and enforce HTTPS in production deployments.

  • Operational resilience

Migrations are versioned; roll forward with discipline. Pair with your backup and DR strategy per environment.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers for operations and IT stakeholders evaluating a new system of record.

What does multi-tenant mean for our data?

Each subscribing organization receives its own database schema. Application requests resolve tenant context from your subdomain (or equivalent routing) so jobs, customers, and settings stay separated at the persistence layer.

Can workflows differ between printing, manufacturing, and services?

Yes. Workflow templates and product types are configurable. You can seed industry-appropriate defaults at onboarding and adjust stages, roles, and product catalogs as you evolve.

How do we integrate payments or SMS?

The platform exposes documented REST APIs and extension points. Connect M-Pesa, card gateways, or messaging providers through your integration layer—without changing core workflow logic.

Where is data hosted?

You choose the environment: your cloud account, managed PostgreSQL, or on-prem—subject to your agreements and residency requirements. The application is designed for standard container deployment.

What is required to go live?

A supported PostgreSQL instance, TLS termination, secrets for JWT and database credentials, and a runbook for migrations. We recommend staging tenants before production cutover.
